They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but apparently not if you're Kim Kardashian and stand to lose money from it.

According to TMZ.com, Kim has declared legal war on Old Navy for using a look-alike model, Melissa Molinaro, in a recent ad campaign, Super C-U-T-E.
In a nutshell, Kim is claiming that the clothing giant intentionally used a look-alike in a bid to con the public into thinking Kim was associated with the Old Navy brand.

Kim is reportedly furious that Old Navy has even been tweeting to her page about the alike in attempt to garner even more publicity.
One tweet reads, "@CBSNEWS reports that Old Navy's Super CUTE star looks like @kimkardashian. #LOL. What do you think?"
Reports suggest Kim is asking for $US15 - $US20 million in damages.
